ElevateHer
Your Next Level Starts Within
12 Weeks to Strengthen Your Mind, Reclaim Your Energy & Elevate Your Life
A live group coaching experience for women ready to understand themselves more deeply, make meaningful changes in their everyday lives, and follow through on what matters to them.
January 9, 2027 – March 27, 2027
Limited to 20 Women
Maybe You're Not Looking for a Whole New Life
Maybe you just want to feel like an active participant in the one you're already living.
More energy. A quieter mind. Boundaries you actually keep. More trust in yourself. A clearer sense of what you want instead of constantly filtering your decisions through what everyone else needs from you.
Maybe there are things you've been saying you'll do for months, or years, and you're tired of hearing yourself say someday.
You don't necessarily need to blow up your life and start over.
Sometimes the next level isn't somewhere else.
It's what becomes possible when you start showing up differently in the life you already have.
That's the work we're doing inside ElevateHer.

Welcome to ElevateHer
ElevateHer is my live, 12-week group coaching experience within Embody.
We'll work with many of the same areas that shape my work here: mindset, self-awareness, energy, well-being, relationships, boundaries, daily rhythms, purpose, and the choices that shape the way you actually live.
The experience is built around three areas:
Strengthen Your Mind.
Reclaim Your Energy.
Elevate Your Life.
Because these parts of your life don't exist separately.
The way you think affects the choices you make. Your energy affects what you have capacity for. Your boundaries affect your relationships. Your self-trust affects your decisions. Your daily rhythms affect how you feel.
And all of it influences the life you're actually creating.
Rather than focusing on one isolated piece of you, we're looking at the whole picture.
And instead of doing that work one-to-one, we do it together.
Start With What Matters to You
I'm not going to decide what your "next level" should look like.
You are.
At the beginning of ElevateHer, you'll choose one meaningful area of your life that you're ready to give your attention to.
Maybe it's your health or well-being. Your relationships. Your career. Your confidence. Your boundaries. Your home life. Your creativity. Your sense of purpose. A business or professional goal. Or something that doesn't fit neatly into any category.
This isn't business coaching, and I'm not going to hand everyone the same definition of success.
Your life. Your area. Your next level.
The work we do over the twelve weeks becomes the foundation underneath it.
The 12-Week ElevateHer Experience
Part One: Strengthen Your Mind
Weeks 1–4
Before we start changing things, we need to know where we're starting.
We'll explore where you are now, what you actually want, the patterns and beliefs influencing your choices, and the relationship you've built with your own voice.
Week 1: Where You Are
Week 2: What You Want
Week 3: Mindset
Week 4: Self-Trust & Self-Awareness
This isn't about forcing yourself to "think positive."
It's about becoming aware enough to recognize what's driving you, question what no longer fits, and make choices from a more grounded place.
Part Two: Reclaim Your Energy
Weeks 5–8
You can have all the goals in the world and still not have the capacity to live them.
So we're going to talk about the part that often gets skipped.
Your energy.
Not just how much sleep you got last night, but what drains you, what restores you, what you're carrying, where your time goes, what you've normalized, and whether the rhythms of your life actually support the person you're becoming.
Week 5: Stress & Regulation
Week 6: Sleep & Energy
Week 7: Boundaries & Capacity
Week 8: Well-Being & Daily Rhythms
The goal isn't perfect balance.
I'm much more interested in harmony.
A life that can move and change without requiring you to abandon yourself every time it does.
Part Three: Elevate Your Life
Weeks 9–12
This is where we start looking outward again.
How are you showing up in your relationships?
What standards are you living by?
Where are you using your voice?
What are you avoiding because it requires courage?
What feels meaningful now?
And what becomes possible when you stop assuming that the version of your life you've already lived is the only version available to you?
Week 9: Standards & Relationships
Week 10: Voice & Courage
Week 11: Purpose & Possibility
Week 12: Your Elevated Life
By the end, we're not creating another list of things you should do.
We're creating a clearer picture of how you want to live from here.
I Don't Want You to Just Learn Something
I Want You to Do Something.
You can listen to podcasts.
Read books.
Save quotes.
Take courses.
Fill notebooks with beautiful ideas.
And still wake up six months from now living almost exactly the same way.
Information isn't usually the missing piece.
Integration is.
That's why ElevateHer isn't designed as twelve weeks of me talking at you.
We'll learn. We'll reflect. We'll have honest conversations. You'll experiment with things in your actual life.
Then you'll come back and tell us what worked, what absolutely did not, what surprised you, and what you're beginning to notice.
Because eventually there comes a point when knowing yourself has to become living like you know yourself.
This Is Live for a Reason
ElevateHer isn't a course library you're expected to work through alone.
We meet. Live. Every week.
Our sessions are a place to learn, talk, ask questions, receive coaching, reflect, and connect what we're exploring to your actual life.
Some weeks you may come in with a breakthrough.
Other weeks you may come in saying, Well, that didn't go the way I thought it would.
Good.
Bring that too.
That's part of the work.
Saturdays | 6:30–8:00 PM Eastern
Sessions are intentionally not recorded.
There are no replays.
I want this to be a room where women can speak honestly without wondering where that conversation might live afterward.
And that's also why ElevateHer is limited to 20 women.
I want to know who's in the room. I want to recognize your name. I want to know what you're working toward. And I want enough space for actual conversation and coaching.
Twenty gives us different perspectives, experiences, personalities, and voices without turning you into another square on a screen.
This isn't an audience. It's a room.
And I'm keeping the room small on purpose.

You don't need to do anything special in the meantime. Once you're enrolled, your place in the room is yours, and I'll make sure you know exactly where to go and what to expect as we get closer.
Everything inside ElevateHer is designed around one goal:
Turning what you're discovering into the way you actually live.
There's Something About Doing This Together
The women in ElevateHer won't all have the same lives, goals, backgrounds, personalities, or reasons for being there.
That's part of what makes the room interesting.
You aren't there to become versions of one another.
You're there to witness each other becoming more yourselves.
There will be space to share wins, ask questions, talk through the messy middle, celebrate someone else's courage, laugh, reflect, and occasionally hear another woman say something that makes you think:
I needed to hear that.
You don't have to share everything.
You don't have to perform.
But you do get to be part of something.
What I Hope You Say at the End
Not:
"I learned so much."
Although I hope you do.
Not:
"That was such a great program."
Although I'd love that too.
What I really want is much simpler.
I want you to look back at something you chose at the beginning of these twelve weeks and be able to say:
I Said I Would, and I Did.
Maybe you kept the boundary.
Had the conversation.
Started the thing.
Stopped doing the thing.
Changed your mornings.
Asked for what you needed.
Trusted yourself.
Rested without explaining why.
Made the decision.
Took the first step.
Or simply stopped abandoning yourself in one small place where you used to.
It doesn't have to look impressive from the outside.
It needs to matter to you.
Your Guide
Gloria “Miss Gigi” Young
Educator · Author · Holistic Counselor · Coach
ElevateHer brings together much of what has shaped my work over the past twenty years: coaching, counseling, education, mindset, mind-body practices, well-being, personal growth, and a deep curiosity about what makes us who we are and what allows us to change.
But my role isn't to hand you my blueprint for a good life.
I don't have one.
And even if I did, it wouldn't necessarily be yours.
I'm here to teach what I know, ask good questions, challenge patterns when they need challenging, create room for honest conversation, and support you as you decide what you want to do with what you're discovering.
Because ultimately, this is your life.
And I want you participating in it.
MORE ABOUT GLORIA
Private Pay, Scope & Personal Responsibility
ElevateHer is a private-pay group coaching experience offered through Embody Holistic Therapy & Counseling. Insurance is not accepted or billed for participation.
ElevateHer is offered as coaching, education, and personal growth support. It is not licensed psychotherapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis, medical treatment, or a substitute for care from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
Your participation matters. ElevateHer provides education, coaching, reflection, tools, resources, and opportunities for support and accountability, but the choices you make and the actions you take remain your own. Each participant is responsible for her own decisions, participation, implementation, and results.
Because every person and circumstance is different, specific outcomes or results cannot be promised or guaranteed. Your experience will depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances, level of participation, and how you choose to apply what you explore during the program.
You are always responsible for determining what is appropriate for you and for seeking qualified medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice when needed.
If something you're navigating falls outside the scope of my work, I'll be transparent about that and encourage you to connect with the appropriate professional support.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. ElevateHer is a coaching and educational experience focused on personal growth, self-awareness, well-being, and meaningful life change. It is not licensed psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or mental health treatment.
-
No.
You will choose one meaningful area of your life to focus on, and that can absolutely include your career, work, or business if that's what matters to you.
But we aren't spending twelve weeks building businesses, creating marketing plans, or teaching business strategy.
The focus is you and the way you're living your life.
-
Yes.
While my broader work at Embody is open to people of all genders, ElevateHer is intentionally designed as a women's group coaching experience.
-
No.
That's part of what we'll explore at the beginning.
You may arrive knowing exactly what you want to change, or simply knowing that something feels ready to move.
Both are enough.
-
There will be reflection, practices, and opportunities to apply what we're exploring between sessions.
But this isn't school.
I'm much less interested in whether you completed every page than whether you're actually engaging with the work in your life.
-
The live sessions are not recorded and there are no replays. This protects the privacy of the group and gives us more freedom to have open conversations.
Because the live experience is an important part of ElevateHer, I encourage you to look at the dates before enrolling and make sure the overall schedule works for you.
-
You won't be forced to share anything you don't want to share.
At the same time, ElevateHer is designed to be participatory rather than something you watch from the sidelines.
My hope is that as the group develops, you'll feel increasingly comfortable being part of the conversation in whatever way feels natural to you.
-
No.
You don't need to work with me privately before joining ElevateHer.
Some women may discover me through Embody. Others may know me through my writing, teaching, Living Beyond Limits, or other work.
You're welcome either way.
-
Yes.
ElevateHer is a group experience, while Holistic Life Coaching & Counseling at Embody offers a more individualized space.
They can stand independently or complement one another depending on the kind of support you're looking for.
-
During the final part of ElevateHer, you'll create your Next 90 Days plan and broader 12-Month Vision so the experience doesn't simply end when our final Zoom call does.
The goal is to leave knowing what you're carrying forward.
