Meditation, Energy & Intuitive Work

A Different Kind of Space to Come Back to Yourself

Not everything needs to be figured out.

Sometimes you need quiet. Sometimes you need to get out of your head and back into your body. And sometimes you can feel that something is asking for your attention, even when you don't have the words to explain what it is.

Meditation, energy, and intuitive work create space for that.

Through guided meditation, Reiki, energy practices, and intuitive tools, our work together gives you somewhere to slow down, listen inward, reconnect with yourself, and make room for whatever is ready to settle, shift, or simply be noticed.

You don't need to arrive with an explanation. You can just arrive.

Some Things Aren't Asking to Be Solved

We're used to approaching ourselves through questions. Why am I feeling this way? What do I need to change? What am I supposed to do next?

There is absolutely a place for those conversations. Much of my work lives there.

But there's another kind of work that begins when we stop searching for an answer for a moment. You breathe. You notice your body. You become aware of what's happening beneath all the thinking. You listen.

Maybe what you find is tension. Maybe emotion. Maybe exhaustion. Maybe an intuitive nudge you've been too busy to hear. Maybe you experience something you can't quite explain.

And maybe, for once, you don't need to. Not everything meaningful has to be understood intellectually.

Meditation at Embody

You Don't Have to Be Good at Being Still

If you've ever said, "I can't meditate because my mind won't shut off," you're exactly the kind of person who can meditate.

The goal isn't an empty mind. It isn't perfect stillness. And it certainly isn't sitting cross legged pretending you're not thinking about everything you need to do later.

Meditation is a practice of noticing and returning. During a guided session, I'll lead you through an experience shaped around what you need that day. We may work with breath, body awareness, imagery, focused attention, deep relaxation, or simply creating enough quiet to hear yourself again.

Some meditations are deeply restful. Others are reflective. Some may feel grounding. Others may invite imagination, intuition, or a deeper sense of connection.

You don't have to know how to get there. That's why I'm guiding you.

Energy and Intuitive Work at Embody

There Are Different Ways to Listen Inward

Energy and intuitive work at Embody isn't one particular technique. Depending on what brings you here and what feels appropriate in the moment, our time together may draw from Reiki, meditation, energy and chakra work, Akashic exploration, oracle or tarot cards, crystals, sound, or other intuitive and contemplative practices.

These aren't used as a formula, and we won't necessarily use them all. Think of them as different doorways.

Reiki may offer an opportunity to become quiet, rest, and receive. Meditation may bring you inward and create enough stillness to notice what has been difficult to hear. Chakra and energy work can give us a framework for exploring where you feel open, stuck, depleted, or disconnected. Akashic exploration may be approached as a spiritual and contemplative practice for exploring questions, themes, patterns, and possibilities through a deeper intuitive lens. Tarot and oracle cards can become visual prompts for reflection, helping us notice what resonates, what challenges you, and what you may already know but haven't quite put into words. Crystals, sound, and other practices may be incorporated when they complement the intention of the session.

None of these tools are here to tell you what to do. You still have the final word. I won't use a card to dictate your future, tell you that an intuitive impression is unquestionably true, or make important life decisions on your behalf.

Instead, we stay curious. What does this bring up for you? What are you noticing? Does something here resonate? What might your own intuition be asking you to pay attention to?

The tool may open the door. You decide what you take through it.

You Don't Have to Believe Anything You Don't Believe

You don't need to believe in Reiki. You don't need to understand chakras. You don't need to believe a tarot card can predict your future. You don't need to have an opinion about the Akashic Records. And you don't need a particular spiritual practice or belief system before you walk through the door.

You are welcome to bring your spirituality, faith, skepticism, questions, curiosity, or complete uncertainty into this space.

For one person, a session may simply feel like profound relaxation. For another, it may feel energetic. For someone else, it may become deeply spiritual. Your experience belongs to you.

My role isn't to tell you what you're experiencing. It's to hold a grounded space in which you have permission to experience it. What If You Became Quiet Enough to Hear Yourself Again?

There is so much noise around us. Other people's expectations. Advice. Responsibilities. Notifications. The things we think we should want. The version of ourselves we've learned to present to everyone else.

Sometimes underneath all of that is something quieter. Your own knowing.

This work isn't about giving that knowing away to a practitioner, a card, an energy system, or anything outside of you. It's about creating enough space to hear it again.

What We Might Explore Together

You don't need a problem to come here. Some people arrive because life has been loud and they want somewhere to become quiet again. Others want support reconnecting with their body, intuition, energy, or inner sense of direction.

You might be looking for:

  • Deep rest and relaxation

  • Support during a demanding season

  • A more consistent meditation practice

  • Greater awareness of your body and internal cues

  • Grounding and centering

  • Reiki and energy work

  • Chakra exploration

  • Intuitive development and self trust

  • Akashic exploration

  • Tarot or oracle reflection

  • Sound, crystals, or other contemplative tools

  • Spiritual or consciousness exploration

  • Integration after coaching or hypnotherapy

  • Simply an hour where nothing is being asked of you

And sometimes you won't know what you need until we begin. That's okay too.

The Spiritual Side of This Work

Spiritual doesn't have to mean religious. For me, it means making room for the parts of human experience that aren't always easily explained intellectually. Intuition. Energy. Connection. Consciousness. Inner knowing. The questions we sometimes carry about who we are, why certain experiences seem to repeat, and whether there may be more to us than what we can see and measure.

You may call that connection your higher self, Source, the Universe, ancestral wisdom, consciousness, God, energy, or nothing at all. I'm not here to choose that language for you.

The same is true of the tools we may use. You don't have to believe a tarot card predicts the future to find meaning in what it brings forward. You don't have to understand Reiki the same way I do to experience a session. You don't have to accept one explanation of the Akashic Records in order to explore what arises through the practice.

Embody isn't here to hand you a belief system. It's a place where you can explore your own.

For those interested in exploring imagery, experiences, or questions that seem to reach beyond the story of this lifetime, Past Life Regression is also available through Hypnotherapy.

Your Session May Look Different Every Time

You don't need to book an appointment knowing exactly which modality you want. You can absolutely come in saying "I'd really like a Reiki session," "I want to learn how to meditate," "I'm curious about the Akashic Records," or simply "I don't know what I need. I just know I need some space."

We'll start with a conversation about how you're arriving and what you're hoping to receive from our time together. From there, your session might remain entirely meditation based. It might become Reiki. We might incorporate an oracle card, explore something through the chakras, work with sound or imagery, or spend part of the session simply talking about what is surfacing.

You are always part of deciding what we use and where the session goes. The modality isn't the point. You are.

What Can Begin to Change

This isn't work you finish. It's more like a rhythm you build a relationship with, the way a body slowly remembers what real rest feels like after years of running on empty.

You begin noticing when your body is asking you to slow down before you're completely depleted. You recognize tension sooner. You become more familiar with what grounded actually feels like for you. You create a little more room between the noise around you and the voice within you.

Maybe you begin trusting that voice more. Maybe rest stops feeling like something you have to earn. Maybe you become more curious about your intuition instead of immediately dismissing it. Maybe you simply feel more like yourself.

The practice isn't about escaping your life. It's about becoming more present for it.

How This Fits Into the Rest of Our Work

Meditation, energy, and intuitive work can stand completely on their own. You don't have to be a coaching or hypnotherapy client to experience them.

But they can also become part of a larger relationship with Embody. Sometimes a coaching conversation reveals something that needs less talking and more quiet. Sometimes something surfaces during hypnotherapy that you want time to integrate. Sometimes you've spent several sessions doing deeper personal work and what you need next isn't another breakthrough. You need rest. Or perhaps the work opens a question that feels less intellectual and more intuitive or spiritual.

That's one of the reasons I don't approach the mind, body, energy, and inner life as completely separate pieces. We can work with the part of you that needs attention now.

Virtual Sessions

Meditation naturally lends itself to virtual sessions. You'll join me from a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit or recline without interruption.

Energy and intuitive practices can also be adapted to virtual work. Reiki practitioners commonly refer to virtual Reiki as distance Reiki, an approach based within Reiki tradition on the belief that the practice does not require physical touch or physical proximity. During a distance Reiki session, you'll settle comfortably in your own space while I guide the experience from mine.

Intuitive and contemplative practices such as guided meditation, oracle or tarot reflection, Akashic exploration, chakra work, and sound or imagery practices can also be incorporated virtually when appropriate.

You don't need special equipment. You don't need to create the perfect atmosphere. You just need a private place where you can be present for yourself for a while.

Because these sessions are individualized, we can talk about the kind of experience you're looking for when you schedule. You don't need to choose every modality beforehand.

Meditation and appropriate mind body practices may also be incorporated into ongoing Embody coaching and counseling sessions when they support the work we're already doing together.

Embody Holistic Therapy & Counseling is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance. This is an intentional part of how I've chosen to structure my work. It allows our sessions to remain centered on you and what you actually need, without requiring a diagnosis or working within the limitations of an insurance-directed treatment model.

Every new client begins with a 90-minute initial session. This gives us time to talk about what brings you here, what you'd like to change or explore, what you've already tried, and what kind of support may make sense for you. From there, we can shape our work together around your individual needs and goals.

Hypnotherapy at Embody is offered within a non-diagnostic coaching, counseling, and educational practice. I do not provide licensed psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or diagnosis, and my services are not a substitute for care from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

If something you're navigating falls outside the scope of my work, I'll always be transparent about that and encourage you to connect with the appropriate clinical or medical support.

My goal is simple: to create a private, supportive space where you can explore what's happening within you, understand yourself more deeply, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Maybe You've Tried to Think Your Way Through It Long Enough

You don't have to fight yourself into becoming someone different.

Sometimes change begins by getting quiet enough to notice what's been happening beneath the surface and creating space for another way forward.

And sometimes you're not looking to change anything at all. You're simply ready to explore something within yourself that you've been curious about for a long time.

Either is a place we can begin.
